Description The English Housing Survey (EHS), 2012: Fuel Poverty Dataset is derived from the 2012 EHS database. The dataset is the outcome of analysis conducted to produce estimates of the number of households living in fuel poverty in England in 2012. Previously, a household was defined as being fuel poor if they spent more than 10% of their income on fuel.
