Objectives Transco's National Logistics team identified that the environmental performance of their transport operation could be improved and also give related cost savings. The team had a number of ideas on how to make these changes. With the full support of management, they decided to embark upon three projects: 1. Introduction of alternative fuel vehicles 2. Introduction of step frame trailers 3. Optimising vehicle routing
