Description:

The Community Energy Saving Programme (CESP) was designed to target the lowest income households living in homes that need significant investment in energy saving measures and low carbon technologies. CSE mined the CESP data stores to develop and publish a database of useful information to assist with this targeting. Ofgem CESP programme page:
