Objectives
Abstract This proposal describes the organisation of an international seminar for the best researchers in the field of power systems from around the world. The main objective of this seminar is to foster the next generation of researchers in this field and to show that this research community is vibrant, cares for its rising stars and is ready to tackle the challenges posed by global warming, the introduction of competitive electricity markets and the ageing of the existing power system infrastructure
