| Abstract | This proposal seeks funding to continue to operate an industry/academia network, in the area of offshore wind energy. There is widespread agreeme (both national and international) that offshore wind energy has the potential to meet a significant fraction of the UK's electricity needs in the rest coun providing the areas of technical concern can be addressed.
