Abstract:

In tandem with Ofgem seeking views on the role of locational charging and options for reforming transmission charges, DESNZ published an RNP delivery plan describing the various reforms that make up the programme and outlining how they will be delivered. This document is a consultation response from UKERC regarding this DESNZ delivery plan.
