Abstract:
This deliverable is number 1 of 3 in Work Package 1 and forms the basis of the existing information on UK Waste data by means of identified data sources, detailed models of waste arising and forecasts of future waste arising. This report highlights the arising, composition and energy potential of these wastes, which uses existing data to model this information. A sampling plan has been provided in this report which will enhance the existing data, providing current information on the composition in terms of physical content, elemental and calorific content
